1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya16 ("taya16," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya16 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a taya16 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or promotional terms that may be published on the taya16 Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

taya16 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the taya16 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of taya16, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the taya16 Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the PAGCOR framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

By registering a taya16 account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. taya16 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the taya16 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active taya16 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. taya16 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya16 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. taya16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your taya16 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify taya16 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

taya16 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3.5 Account Accuracy

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. taya16 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya16 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time. Current options are displayed on the taya16 Platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your t aya16 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. taya16 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the taya16 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. taya16 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 Refused Transactions

taya16 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, taya16 will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

taya16 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your taya16 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

taya16 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Promotion Changes

taya16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household

Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses and new player promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. taya16 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility where it reasonably suspects that multiple accounts are being used to claim the same offer.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

taya16 offers a range of games including live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo, table games, and sports betting. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. taya16 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or feature.

6.2 Game Outcomes

All taya16 casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. taya16 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the taya16 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market. taya16 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including imposing individual player limits where warranted.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, taya16 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. taya16 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all taya16 games.

6.5 Sports Betting

Sports betting on taya16 is subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market. Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. taya16 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya16 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one taya16 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any taya16 game or system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any taya16 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya16 staff, agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

taya16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your taya16 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the taya16 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

taya16 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services (e.g., sharing data with payment processors or identity verification providers).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya16 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of taya16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya16 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of taya16.

The taya16 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of taya16. Unauthorized use of any taya16 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

taya16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya16 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude taya16's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by taya16

taya16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, taya16 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your taya16 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Amendments to These Terms

taya16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya16 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the taya16 Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and taya16, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting taya16 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

taya16 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by taya16 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
